ZuTrac channels are available in standard lengths (or cut to suit on request), a range of stylish finishes, and can be supplied with all necessary neoprene weather proof gaskets, cladding, covers and fixings etc. Laminated glass infill panels are secured within the channel by means of fully adjustable fast-lock wedge fittings.

Standard glass panels are generally manufactured from laminated glass comprising two sheets of clear toughened glass with an EVA interlayer. Our standard glass panels are clear but various tints are available on request.

Manufactured from satin polished stainless steel recessed tube, fitted with a rubber gasket and designed to fit neatly over the top edge of the structural glass.

Manufactured from satin polished pressed stainless steel ‘C; section, fitted with gasket and designed to fit neatly over the top edge of the structural glass.

Suitable for either indoor or outdoor applications, ZuTrac, our standard frameless glazed balustrade system is simply a set of structural laminated glass panels that are housed in a cast aluminium channel or track, which is turn either top mounted or side mounted to the building structure with concealed fixings.

ZuTrac can be supplied as completely transparent glass balustrade system or as a part frameless system by the addition of a slender trim, or a recessed circular or square section stainless steel handrail that fits neatly over the top edge of the laminated glass panels.
