Delivery

We aim to dispatch all standard items within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to stock availability. For bespoke or made-to-order products, estimated lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. A restocking fee may apply.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@gatehouse-arch.co.uk for a return authorisation. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note that bespoke or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing & Order Accuracy

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing and availability on this website, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, ZU balustrades reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and to refuse or cancel orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

If a pricing error is identified after your order has been submitted, we will contact you to inform you of the issue. You will then have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We shall not be obliged to honour orders placed at an incorrect price resulting from human error or technical malfunction.
